Mat Cards Win Last Two Meets

Thomas Nelson Duals at Bardstown on January 21st 

The Wayne County Wrestling team traveled to Bardstown Kentucky on Saturday January 21st for the Thomas Nelson Duals at Bardstown where they experienced great success.

 

The Mat Cardinals  finished 5-0  on the day winning the Thomas Nelson Duals. With the wins the Mat Cards improve to 32 - 8 on the dual meet season. The following are dual meet results from Saturday at Thomas Nelson High School:

The Mat Cardinals will be back in action on Saturday, January 28, in the Class AA KYWCA State Duals at Taylor County High School. The State AA Bracket will be released on Wednesday morning, January 25^th.

Mid-Week Duals at Barbourville on January 17th

Wayne County wrestling team traveled to Barbourville, Kentucky for the Mid Week Duals at Barbourville High School on Tuesday January 17th. The Mat Cards defeated Corbin, Barbourville,and Knox Central at the mid week duals at Barbourville High School. With the wins Wayne County improved to 32-8 on the season.
