Current students -- After you have applied to a college, you can stop by the guidance office to have us send your transcript and a fee waiver (if you qualify for one) to the colleges to which you applied. To do this, simply write your name down in the transcript notebook (located next to Mrs. Heather's desk in the guidance office). Next to your name, write the name of the college and what document(s) you need us to send to that college.
Using Parchment to Send Transcripts:
Current students and alumni can also use Parchment -- which is fast, easy, and secure!
The link above provides you with the ability to request transcripts through Secure Transcript. Current students may come to the counselors' office to get a Parchment Registration Code for quicker access!
It is the student's responsiblity to check to make sure that all ACT scores and grades are up to date when sending transcripts to colleges. Make sure you ask for a self-view of your transcript to check.
Transcripts requested online are sent securely to the colleges, universities, or scholarship funds that you select. You may track your request online. You will also receive an email notification when we approve your transcript request and again when your transcript is mailed (or delivered electronically, based on the delivery preference of the destination that you selected).
