Local High School Archers compete at Boyle County with Girls Team placing third

WCHS Girls Archers placed third

The Wayne County High School Archery Team completed a very difficult season with the girls placing 3rd in the KHSAA Region 9 Tournament at Boyle County High School on Saturday, March 27.  All the Archery Coaches want to congratulate the archers for their performances and dedication to their sport.

We are now recruiting for next year. Archers can start shooting in 4th grade to participate on the elementary team. That team feeds into the middle school team, which then leads to the high school team.

And a great big Thank You to all the parents for all they have contributed to making this a well- rounded program. Go Cards!!!
