Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, the National FFA Organization made the decision to hold the 93rd National FFA Convention & Expo virtually this year instead of in its usual format in Indianapolis.

Multiple members from the local Wayne County FFA Chapter attended the convention through an online platform where they interacted with FFA members from across the country, experienced the FFA Blue Room (a platform that showcases groundbreaking technologies in agriculture), and viewed live convention sessions to hear the retiring addresses of the National Officer Team as well as celebrate the many accomplishments members have achieved throughout the past year.

According to Wayne County FFA President, Gage Tucker, “National FFA Convention is a highlight of the year for FFA members across the country. We get to develop our leadership, advocacy, and personal thinking skills during one of the largest student conventions in the world!”

Even though it was one of the many virtual events FFA members have attended this year, it was an exciting experience for members who participated!
