Congratulations to Wayne County ATC FBLA Region 2 Winners

Congratulations to Wayne County ATC FBLA Region 2 Winners

“I was very pleased with our chapter’s efforts on their competitive events especially with our top three winners, but also seeing how many additional members scored as fourth in their event.”

Wayne County FBLA Regional Winners were: Rachel Rains, First Place in Journalism and Second Place in Spreadsheet Applications; Natalie Elam, First Place in Computer Applications; Chloe Rice, First Place in Hospitality Management; Myles Gregory, Second Place in Political Science; Rylee Mullins, Second Place in Introduction to Public Speaking; and Leah Bell, Third Place in Word Processing.

In addition to the top three winners from our chapter, we had six members place fourth in their events.  Two of the fourth place finishers were actually ties for third place, but the tie-breaker moved them down to fourth place.

FBLA Region 2 centers around Bowling Green and includes FBLA Chapters from Logan County and Muhlenburg counties to the west and to the east including Wayne, Russell and Adair counties.

Wayne County’s FBLA winners will advance on to compete at Kentucky FBLA State Conference in Louisville April 20-21. Winners at FBLA State Conference will have the opportunity to compete at the FBLA National Conference this summer in Salt Lake City, Utah.
