The Affordable Connectivity Program is an FCC program for low-income households that Congress established in the recent Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill as a more permanent successor to the COVID-19-focused Emergency Broadband Benefit Program (EBBP).
This new program will connect eligible households to jobs, critical healthcare services, and virtual classrooms.
What is the Affordable Connectivity Program?
The Affordable Connectivity Program will provide a discount of up to $30 per month toward broadband service for eligible households.
Who Is eligible for the Affordable Connectivity Program?
ALL students currently enrolled in Wayne County Schools qualify for this program.
How do I sign up?
Step 1: Qualify
First, you must apply for eligibility with USAC. You must go online to this site and follow the steps to qualify your household. Click below to apply for eligibility (the button will take you to the USAC website).
Step 2: Return to Enroll and Agree
Once you have applied for eligibility, come back here, click the button below, and fill out the form with the required information we need to connect your account to the FCC’s eligibility database (applies whether you’re an existing Broadlinc or a new customer).
