Abraham Lincoln Impersonator Visits Students Across the District

Recently, the Wayne County School district was visited by Dennis Boggs, an Abraham Lincoln impersonator. Students at the high school, middle school, and Monticello Elementary were given the treat of being able to see Boggs’ act. In a very convincing portrayal of Lincoln, he shared the president’s life and his involvement in the Civil War, along with some of his more well-known speeches, such as the Gettysburg Address and his second inaugural address. The performances, varying with the age group, kept the students entranced for every moment.
