Future Workplaces in Need of Skilled Laborers

Ethan Prince presented a wall framing method known as 16" on acenter to Administrative Assistant Telene Hancock and student Trevor Gregory.  Ethan Prince's passion shines through his presentation because he wants to see more people take on skilled trades. One of biggest issues we face today involves the skill gap. The skill gap is a gap between what employers want or need their employees to be able to do, and what those employees can actually do when they go to work. The future workforce is in need of more skilled laborers. Ethan also has competed last year in Skills USA Job Skills Demo completion, where he placed first at regionals.
