WCHS Freshman Science teacher Brenda Hoover attended an externship with Toyotetsu. The manufacturing externship focused on helping teachers better prepare students for entering the work force. Hoover brought her skills home with her. She and her students practiced a team building exercise called Scrumball, a game that taught students how to work together as a team - a skill that their future employers would be seeking.
WCHS teacher Brenda Hoover was excited to teach the students how to play at the end of the school year.
After they got the hang of it, the students loved playing Scrumball with their teacher
The classes had fun enjoying some fresh air and working as a team
