All staff that have an Infinite Campus account will receive emergency messages (snow or other related school closings) through IC Process Box on their IC homepage, as well as an email to your school email account. If you would like to receive a text or voice message you will need to “opt” in. Below are the steps you need to take in IC.
How to sign up for Text Alerts in Infinite Campus
1. Log in to your IC
2. Under the Census tab select “My Data”
3. Click on the “Request Demographic Update” button
4. In the Personal Contact Information section select “Voice and Text under any section you wish to receive messages. Also make sure the cell phone number is correct.
5. Save the Request when complete. The request will then be review/approved by the school clerk.
